Terms and Conditions
1. Offer is only available to registered Woolworths Rewards members with a residential address in Australia (excluding TAS) who are aged 18 years or over or have a parent/guardian over the age of 18 who will redeem the offer on their behalf, and who are first-time, new Disney+ subscribers (“Eligible Rewards Member”). You must be 18 years or over to sign up for Disney+.
2. Offer for Eligible Rewards Members consists of the following: receive a 14 day free trial to access Disney+.
3. Offer available from 9.00am AEST on 26 June 2020 to 11.59pm AEST on 19 July 2020 (“Activation Period”).
5. Offer must be redeemed by clicking or submitting the unique offer link and completing the instructions on the Offer Page during the Activation Period.
6. To redeem this offer, Eligible Rewards Members must register for Disney+ using an eligible payment method (credit card or PayPal). Upon subscription to Disney+, Disney will be responsible for fulfilling the offer to Eligible Rewards Members by providing access to Disney+ for a 14 day free trial period, and will provide any necessary support to Eligible Rewards Members regarding redemption of the offer as it relates to the Disney+ service and a subscriber’s Disney+ account. 7. You must use a supported device connected to the internet in Australia to access Disney+. To find out what devices and platforms are supported see the Disney+ Help Centre for a full list.
10. After you redeem the offer, you will receive a free trial period of 14 days during which you will be able to access Disney+. At the end of the 14-day free trial period, your subscription will automatically renew on a monthly basis at $8.99/month (incl GST), unless you cancel your subscription before the end of the 14-day free trial. If your subscription has automatically renewed, you can cancel at any time before the end of the then current billing period, but you won’t receive a refund or credit for the unused portion of the month that you have already paid for, to the extent permitted at law. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the free trial or then current billing period and you will still be able to access Disney+ until then.
11. You are responsible for all access, data and other costs associated with your internet and mobile usage in accessing and using Disney+.
12. Offer is not transferable and cannot be redeemed for or substituted with cash.
13. Offer is not available in conjunction with any other Disney+ offer, trial or promotion.
14. Eligible Rewards Members can redeem the unique Disney+ offer link up until 20th October, 2020. Limit applies of one (1) offer redemption per Eligible Rewards Member.
15. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights that you have under existing laws or regulations and codes, including the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) and fair trading laws.
16. As a condition of redeeming the offer on behalf of an Eligible Rewards Member under the age of 18 years old, the Eligible Rewards Member’s parent or guardian accepts these terms and conditions.
17. Woolworths Group reserves the right to change, suspend or cancel the offer at any time in its sole discretion.
18. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia and the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
19. In these terms and conditions:
1. “Disney” refers to The Walt Disney Company (Australia) Pty Ltd (ABN 30 054 610 025).
2. “Disney+” means the subscription video-on-demand streaming service operated and distributed by Disney and its related entities.
